As a part of this project we have developed a B2B system consisting of modules divided into two panels. All our clients and concert organizers who log into the B2B system acquire access to both modules and all system functions.
Our B2B system comprises two modules:
First module: cooperation panel with concert organizers and promoters
Second module: current sale and settlement management.
The completion of this project commenced on 27th January 2013 and was concluded on 30 November 2014.
In the aforementioned modules the client (event organizer) can enter the data into the system, including: date and place of the event, ticket prices, ticket types. Furthermore, the organizer can set the ticket prices in relation to the date of the event and cancel the event if such action is necessary. The client can track the ticket sales for their events and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports. The client has access to the cooperation history. In case of poor ticket sales, promotion with special discounts or through advertisement on our websites is available. In the day of event the final report is generated. Partner, using this system, can send us a VAT invoice and track their settlements.
