Terms and Conditions for “B2B ticket distribution system” by Advertigo S.A.
General provisions
- “B2B ticket distribution system” by Advertigo S.A. (hereinafter referred to as B2B System) is provided by Advertigo S.A. with its registered office at ul. Cedrowa 34 in Warsaw (registered by District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, under No. KRS 0000358773 NIP: 952 20 90 656) and is available in the Internet under the address: dystrybucjabiletow.advertigo.pl.
- B2B System terms and conditions define the rules by which the Partners can enter the mass event parameters into the B2B System through the Internet.
- Each Partner before registering to B2B System is obliged to read this document carefully. By activating Partner service you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and you accept all the conditions herein.
Definitions
Advertigo S.A. - Advertigo Spółka Akcyjna (Advertigo joint-stock company) with its registered office in Warsaw.
Partner – subject that has been registered to B2B ticket distribution system.
User – person that has access to B2B ticket distribution system.
B2B ticket distribution System – system developed by Advertigo S.A. which allows ticket distribution for mass events and promote mass events on websites owned by Advertigo S.A. Partner can enter the data into the system, including: date and place of the event, ticket prices, ticket types. Partner can track the ticket sales for their events and generate sales reports and promote their events. Partner can send VAT invoices using this system and track their settlements.
Access to B2B ticket distribution System
- Partner is granted the access to B2B System when the registration to B2B System is confirmed.
- Advertigo S.A. gives the User account and password.
- Partner is responsible for the account and password used by Users.
- User is authorized to act in the name of Partner without a need to show any access authorizations.
- Advertigo S.A. reserves the right to deny the access and to terminate the access to System without any explanation.
- Partner is fully responsible for all activities of Users.
- Partner is responsible for all data, agreements and orders made by Users.
- Partner is obliged to notify Advertigo S.A. in writing about any cancellations of access to B2B System for specified Users. The status will be updated next working day after the notification.
- Advertigo S.A. has a right to terminate the access to the system immediately in case of violation of these provisions by User and Partner.
Events data input and orders
- Event parameters are entered by Partner and after verification by Advertigo S.A. are made available online.
- Promotional orders made by Partner are realized by Advertigo S.A. and do not require written confirmation.
- Advertigo S.A. has a right to verify the order and deny its realization if it violates provisions of this document.
Privacy policy
- Information in B2B System concerning commissions and prices, as well as special offers is available for Partner exclusively for the purposes required for cooperation with Advertigo S.A. Neither Partner nor any of his Users may provide this data to the third party and to use it for the purposes that are not related to the cooperation with Advertigo S.A. In case of violation of this provision the access to the system shall be denied.
- By filling the registration form Partner and Users agree to process and gather the information contained therein by Advertigo S.A. for operational and marketing purposes and to send business information via e-mail.

Final provisions
- Advertigo S.A. has a right to change or amend the provisions of this Terms and Conditions document. User will be notified about each and every change or amendment after logging into B2B ticket distribution System.
- To all matters not settled herein provisions of Civil Code shall apply.
